My first time making Bao Buns….
In preparation for the production, I tried the recipe for the Bao Buns, and played around with size and thickness of the dough to give the best result for visual appearance in the video and photos.
Following these tests, I also prepared a number of buns to use in the actual video. This way, I will find them ready when shooting the actual video to be more efficient with time. The buns I chose were made larger on purpose to be visually better, and fill the plate.
