In this post, I will plan the production in full. It is important to have a solid foundation and a good plan to result in a good final product.
I plan on shooting the video outdoors, to add a nature theme to the video, emphasizing the fun and simple recipe. The tentative date to shoot is 30/12/2021. This date was chosen due to availability of the model and helper that I will have, and also it is between the festivity dates therefore more suitable for all.
Equipment I will need:
Camera:
- Eos R – Chosen due to availability and high resolution and video capabilities
Lens:
- 50mm f/1.4 due to preferable focal length and excellent sharpness
- 24-105mm due to versatility in focal range
Diffuser:
- 60*90cm diffuser/reflector
Lighting:
- 2x LED panels with variable temperature
Other:
- Tripod for stability
- Grey Card for white balance

- Wok/Fry pan

1.Bao Buns

Notes:
- For the video, I will be showing only part of the process, as proofing of the dough would make the video boring. I will therefore have pre made dough in different stages to show in the video, effectively creating a seamless process.
- I will also only make a chicken teriyaki filling. The other fillings will be made separately to used for photos at a later date.
